Nonsentient alien species maximal amount.

Uh, I noticed you've taken the forum button down or something.

I already wrote this on my profile message feed but just to be sure I'll tell this info again:

1) I cannot get on discord using this one of my computers and I need to get some arrangements done to set up my newer laptop again, so I'm using this forum right now.

2) Main question - I'm about to add many nonsentient alien species as well as few taxonomy clarification pages. I feel reluctant to overflow the wiki's alien category with my nonsentient wild aliens, since visitors may get tired running into my aliens while browsing the category. So, do I need to combine wild alien entries into few long pages or can I still make separate entry pages?

I got my alien species amount answer - that there is now a fauna category for that.

I think, I will make a separate category for taxonomy clarification articles as well.

There's already a Fauna category you could put your articles on. <3 If you don't want them there then I'm sure no one will mind if you made your own category page of some sort. <3

In my message sort, I sort of figured out that we maybe just need 3 more:

1) Flora (alien plants, algae and fungi)

2) Microbiota (both microflora and microfauna)

3) Xenobiota (miscellaneous; any species too doubtful to put in previous categories, like mineral life; could also be used deliberately when species creator wants to show that their species isn't meant to be an animal, plant, mushroom analogue)

Additional:

4) Taxonomy (personalized pages for explaining relations between different species)

From there, it would be anyones choice to put their aliens there. As for me, I feel that I need to make at least one species for each of those categories to qualify for making those categories. Also I'm working on the drawings to make them less sloppy. I'll keep adding more actual Space Engine content (planets, stars) when I'll get to use the other PC with Space Engine.

Whoop I didn't see that you answered the Fauna question already, lol. <3 But feel free to make whatever category you'd like, I doubt that anyone has a problem with that since we've been making many categories for very specific articles. <3

To be honest, it will be interesting to have articles about extraterrestrial plant life. We already have articles about microbes so floral life would be a nice addition.

I've decided to change the miscebiota to xenobiota as xeno means "alien" which seems to be a good word for anything that's not clearly an Earth non-sentient life analogue.

Also I will take care checking the categories if anyone had already created the categories I was imagining, so I could accept theirs instead.

Also there's now on more category that's not about alive things.

I dubbed it "abioforms" or "abiotic formations". They are basically cool/unique abiotic things like spherical lightnings on Earth or interestingly shaped rock/ice formations with their own history.
