The Jewel Cluster is a small cluster of about 500-star systems located in the Eulciar Galaxy in Amoeni Space. This sector of space is known for its unusually large numbers of habitable planets, and its general lack of dangerous anomalies, being a more stable part of space. It contains 3 main nations, the Northern Alliance, the Federation, and the Southern Union, along with hundreds of smaller nations.
