The Kyaneos Galaxy, (Numerically designated as KDG 64) is a rather small irregular galaxy, located right near the Lewis Galaxy in Herschel Space. Its name, Kyaneos, comes from the Ancient Greek language word for Blue, due to the deep blue color of the galaxy.

The Humans that settled the Galaxy were colonists from the Lewis Nations, which traveled from the center of the Herschel Space in order to gain influence in the region. The mystifying colors of the Kyaneos Galaxy also attracted many visitors.
