The Kyaneos Nebula, (Numerically designated as KDG 64) is a rather small irregular nebula, located in the Lewis Galaxy in Herschel Space. Its name, Kyaneos, comes from the Ancient Greek language word for Blue, due to the deep blue color of the nebular clouds.
The Humans that settled the nebula were colonists from The Lewis Nations, which traveled from the center of the Herschel Space in order to gain influence in the region. The mystifying colors of the Kyaneos Nebula also attracts many visitors.
